‘With you, We rise’ Initiative

The Ras Al Khaimah e-Government Authority launched the “With you We Rise” electronic initiative, with the aim of involving all partners and stakeholders in development projects for government services to ensure the fulfillment of their requirements, and the necessity of involving them while working on studying these services, and to confirm the achievement of the objectives of electronic and smart services, leading to achieving the directives of the Ras Al Khaimah government. At the beginning of its initiative, the Electronic Authority, in collaboration with the Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department by holding a joint workshop to gather opinions from law firms and lawyers regarding electronic court services as part of the smart and electronic services development project planned for the Ras Al Khaimah government. Lawyers are considered key partners in the judicial field, and their adoption of these services is crucial for achieving the goals of these services.
During the workshop, participants discussed the essential services they need and ways to facilitate access to court services. Engineer Ibrahim Abdo, Senior Advisor for Information Technology, presented the electronic court services provided within the smart and electronic services development project. He shared information and ideas on electronic services for remote case registration and monitoring of application submissions.
Dr. Saif Al-Suwaidi, Director General of the Courts, explained that the department is striving for continuous development and improvement in transforming all its services into electronic and smart services, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Judiciary. This collaboration with the Electronic Government Authority aims to expedite judicial services for customers, ensuring their satisfaction by delivering services with ease and efficiency.
