EGA Strategy
Our three year strategic plan for 2019-2021 stems from the RAK Vision 2030, which in turn aligned with the strategic vision of the United Arab Emirates.
The strategic plan’s primary objectives are as follows, mapped against their target areas:

Enable 360 degrees citizen engagement and immersive experience.
Technology
Advance competitiveness of RAK government through experimenting with disruptive technologies and driving innovation.
Employees
Develop next generation workforce and uplift existing government workforce skillsets.
Partners
Heighten collaboration among entities and drive standardization of business practices and processes.
Processes
Accelerate service delivery and digitization of partners service portfolio.
These objectives and their associated KPIs are then translated to a number of key initiatives and operational plans that are put into action.
We continue to monitor our progress and improve as we go. Our aim is to set an example and build a showcase of what it’s like to build a fully transformed e-government.
