Among its key activities, RAK EGA provides centralized services to Ras Al Khaimah government departments in the following areas:

• Delivering smart and digital solutions by architecting and delivering government resource planning projects.
• Strengthening the security of critical information infrastructure and reducing corresponding risk levels. This extends to people, systems, and assets.
• Architecting the infrastructure of all government departments in Ras Al Khaimah and providing ongoing support on all technical aspects of operations such as networking, communications, servers, storage, and backup.
