General Manager’s Office

The General Manager’s office is in charge of the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Executive and administrative secretarial responsibilities for the General Manager, and coordination of all his internal and external calls and correspondence.
  • Gathering and producing all information and data required by the General Manager.
  • Coordinating and scheduling the General Manager’s agenda of visits, meetings and conferences. Taking notes and minutes of meetings and doing the necessary follow-ups.
  • Record keeping of administrative orders issued and following up on execution of such orders by the concerned departments.
  • Daily follow up on cases and messages sent by the General Manager to departments within RAK EGA, or external departments and entities.
  • Any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by the General Manager with regards to his role.
