The department’s main goal is to transform the centralized GRP system into an intelligent digital core that serves as a foundation for innovation.

The Smart and Digital Solutions department comprises a functional unit, a technical unit, and a delivery unit. The functional unit is involved in the design of solutions, including business process mapping and blueprinting functional specifications. The technical unit carries out the development work following the standards and best practices. The delivery unit takes charge of service and project delivery and adhering to the highest measures of quality.
