Yesterday, the eGovernment Authority in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah began its series of training courses on cybersecurity awareness, which will last for three months. The course targets all categories of Ras Al Khaimah government employees, including directors of government agencies, department directors, department heads, employees and users. These training courses will be provided in Arabic and English. Through this step, the Authority seeks to provide an electronically secure environment in accordance with the electronic security standards issued by the National Electronic Security Authority. It also highlights the need to enhance awareness and educate the community about information security, risks and ways to prevent it is highlighted.
