As part of its initiatives for the Year of Zayed, the Public Resources Authority honors the work team of the computerized accrual basis application program and the application of the financial system “SAP” in recognition of their efforts. Written by: Zainab Yahya Al-Moez His Excellency Jamal Ahmed Al-Tair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Resources Authority, honored the work team of the computerized accrual basis application program and the application of the financial system. “SAP”, represented by a number of government and local agencies and departments in the emirate, in addition to the Authority’s employees, for their excellence in performing their duties, completing all the work required of them, and their dedication to work, in a celebration organized by the Authority at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel on Marjan Island as part of its community initiatives for the Year of Zayed 2018. In his speech during the celebration, His Excellency praised the efforts of the honorees who demonstrated with high merit their excellence in their performance and deserved to be honored and praised in recognition of those efforts that the Authority always seeks to appreciate within its plan aimed at enhancing the level of performance to come up with the best level of services provided to the customer public, calling on everyone to exert more efforts. Efforts for creativity and innovation to achieve higher levels of service provision and quality of government work, to keep pace with the aspirations of the country’s rational government towards using the latest techniques and technologies globally and regionally in line with its directions to reach a smart e-government by the year 2021, stressing the importance of the program’s role in enhancing the development process that The emirate is witnessing it in all fields and achieving it in spreading security and safety and making society happy by meeting their needs and bringing them to the highest levels. The ceremony, which was attended by a number of members of the Authority’s Board of Directors and representatives of government and local departments and agencies in the emirate, namely: the e-Government Authority and the Finance Department, included a presentation reviewing the objectives and importance of the program and the stages of its development and achievements, presented by Mrs. Amira Marzouq Al-Saeed, financial auditor and head of the Financial Affairs Unit at the Authority.
