Business Services Development

The Business Services Development department is deeply embedded in all IT related planning, budgeting, and project management activities of all government departments and entities.

The department comprises three main sections:

• Project Management Office (PMO) – in charge of program and project management, budget planning, vendor and contract management.
• Solutions Consultancy and Delivery – providing IT consulting services including gap analysis, business process reengineering, documentation, orientation, and training.
• Business Development Section – in charge of feasibility studies, market research, and strategic planning.

The Business Services Development department aims to accelerate the digital transformation of government departments. In doing so, the department works on fostering adoption of new technologies and conducts regular and custom orientation and awareness workshops to speed up the process.
