The Electronic Government Authority and the Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority signed a contract to manage the Microsoft Dynamics365-Intelligent ERP Solutions digital transformation system project in cooperation with the company “Intertec”. This system will represent the first stage towards the digital transformation of the services provided by the Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority, and it is also considered an additional step in Strengthening the bonds of joint work between all government agencies in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in order to develop government services provided aimed at raising the level of customer happiness.
