The second day was devoted to the design thinking process, where government agencies were divided into groups of work teams, each group consisting of several different agencies, so that each team identifies the challenges that these agencies face during their integration and develops solutions to these challenges through By using reliable digital record technology, or what is known as Blockchain technology, His Excellency Eng. Ahmed Al Sayyah, Director General of the Electronic Government Authority, said: “The aim of this event is to reach applications for modern technologies such as Blockchain in the emirate during the process of providing services, in order to achieve the happiness of citizens and Residents are part of the state’s strategy in this regard, and our goal of involving government agencies in a technical forum stems from our belief that technology is only an enabler for business, and technology should not only be the engine of development, but the basis should be the human being and his happiness.” . The forum and workshop received interaction from all government agencies, as a number of Blockchain applications were achieved, and the criterion for determining the applications to be worked on was the benefit that would be achieved from applying Blockchain technology in the service provision process.
