The e-Government Authority, in cooperation with the Customs Department, organized a coordination workshop targeting agents of customs clearance companies, customers and investors whose work is related to customs services. Marwan Dorbini, Director of the Customs Affairs Department, presented an overview of the customs services that are planned to be transformed into smart electronic services during the coming period, which the department will make available to its customers, in addition to the electronic programs used in customs transactions.
