The eGovernment Authority held a brainstorming workshop on the most important challenges and difficulties faced by all the main work teams in the authority in order to develop the necessary solutions and initiatives to achieve the goals required of each team. This workshop comes within a plan developed by the Authority to manage change and development and adopt new technical mechanisms in a way that serves to ensure the quality of institutional work and improve it, in addition to finding mechanisms to ensure non-duplication of tasks between teams and encourage joint teamwork with a focus on the concepts of institutional happiness and sustainable innovation.
