The Office of Institutional Excellence at the e-Government Authority organized a lecture on the “Fourth Generation Government Excellence System” aimed at spreading the culture of excellence and creativity among the Authority’s employees, in the presence of His Excellency Engineer Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Sayyah, Director-General of the Authority, the directors of departments and divisions in the Authority, and a number of employees. The lecture included that the system consists of three main axes: the “Achieving the Vision” axis, which emphasizes the necessity of the Authority achieving the main goals and tasks assigned to it in accordance with its strategic plan. The second axis is the “innovation” axis directed to anticipating the future as a method of work and an approach that stimulates Developing future planning capabilities. The third axis is the “enablers” axis, which includes human capital, resource and property management, and governance.
