The e-Government Authority held a training course to familiarize those concerned with government agencies in Ras Al Khaimah with the smart platform system project (Qlik), as this system can be used to extract custom analytical data in preparing reports and monitoring institutional performance indicators. This ensures the provision of self-service to managers and employees to facilitate two basic things: easy access to information at all levels, and achieving business continuity.
