The Government Integration Project of RAK EGA is one of the strategic flagship projects for the government of Ras Al Khaimah. The project provides a platform for local and federal entities to deliver their services in an integrated and coherent manner and exchange data in a way that serves the quality of service, avoids duplications and assists clients to access government services in one stop without having to go to multiple departments.

The system features a unified backbone and infrastructure for all government departments and a Government Service Bus (GSB) architecture providing real-time dynamic linking among all government departments in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in order to arrive at an integrated government platform and a reduction in total cost of projects.

The system is also integrated for data exchange with external parties such as Etisalat, Federal Water and Electricity Authority (FEWA), Civil Defence, and the Ministry of Interior.

This project provides unlimited possibilities when it comes to integrating government services to enhance efficiency.

Furthermore, with all the integration points comes big data and analytics that can provide government departments access to information and insights from multiple sources to improve the customer experience and provide government services that are evidence-based and up-to-date.
