With a goal of creating a strategic unified platform, the Integrated e-Payment System project (RAK SmartPay) was launched by RAK EGA in collaboration with the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Finance to enable multiple payment options across different channels such as the official portal of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, the smart app mRAK, and points of sales and self-service kiosks.

The platform ensures ease of use, reliability and security and provides predefined steps for registration. The project solidifies the Emirate’s leadership in providing integrated smart and digital government solutions to improve the quality of life.

The project supports several payment options including debit and credit card as well as digital wallets.

The smart payment system enables users to pay water, electricity,and  telecommunication bills, and even work permits. The application was developed according to the best security standards on a global level and features a smooth and convenient user experience and accessibility from any place at any time.

The project also helps in unifying the revenue collection systems and procedures through a centralized payment gateway.
