Future Foresight

RAK EGA is keen to follow the future foresight strategy adopted by the UAE by utilizing all available capabilities to develop and design future foresight tools to enable RAK EGA to predict opportunities, trends, challenges and future implications, analyze their impacts, develop innovative solutions and provide alternatives, which in turn enables proper strategic planning.

RAK EGA is committed to the following tasks and practices:

• Adopting future thinking in all departments, and building the future-readiness of RAK EGA.
• Implementing and developing studies and scenarios for future foresight, and determining the outcome of these studies.
• Working and coordinating with local authorities, partners and stakeholders on the mutual benefit of future foresight.
• Establishing a committee for research and development in all aspects, methods, and tools of future foresight.
