Buisiness Continuity Policy

RAK EGA is committed to following a clearly defined policy for risk management and business continuity in order to achieve its strategic and operational goals while ensuring workplace safety through measures such as:

• Ensuring the safety and security of its employees, vendors and visitors at the time of crisis.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary controls to prevent potential disasters against all internal and external threats.
• Maintaining readily-deployable business continuity to resume operation for key services within set time frames and capacity levels. This includes services to individuals, businesses and government departments of Ras Al Khaimah.
• Periodic training to facilitate continual improvement and instilling the concepts of risk management and business continuity.
• Complying with legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as the requirements of ISO standard no. 22301:2012
• Reviewing the policy as and when required or at least once in a year
