This project is considered one of the most prominent initiatives of RAK EGA for achieving the strategic objectives of Ras Al Khaimah.

The smart transformation of government services project featuring the mRAK mobile application provides a unified smart platform for users to transact with the government from one place and in an easy and frictionless manner while reducing the cost of service and the time required to complete services, thus enabling the smart transformation of government departments in Ras Al Khaimah and encouraging people to use such smart services to become more happy and productive.

RAK EGA spared no effort in using the latest technologies in developing the smart transformation project to achieve ease of use and information security. The application also provides general useful information about the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, weather conditions, prayer times, etc.

The project will see the smart transformation of over 200 services from various government departments in Ras Al Khaimah. When the project is completed, the aggregate percentage of smart transformation in the Emirate will reach 75%.
