Corporate Excellence

The Corporate Excellence Office pioneers the development of innovative corporate capabilities and practices, with the primary goal of boosting happiness, meeting stakeholder expectations, and establishing a culture that fosters excellence and corporate learning and development.

The office ensures that the corporate capabilities of RAK EGA are efficient and effective in helping it achieve its strategic objectives. It also works diligently to ensure that RAK EGA secures top positions in any local, regions, or international participation.

The office also develops research agendas and takes charge of patents, in addition to developing awards programs for government excellence both internally and externally.

The Corporate Excellence Office comprises of three units that work together closely:

• Strategy and Future – in charge of future foresight studies, trend analysis, strategic and operational planning support, as well as corporate governance.
• Innovation and Corporate Excellence – which takes care of implementing initiatives and programs for corporate excellence and innovation, in addition to implementing international quality standards.
• Statistics and Decision Support – taking charge of measurement, analytics, and assessment, in addition to developing KPIs, and producing reports that support the strategic decisions of the office and RAK EGA as a whole.
