In line with the National Program for Happiness and Positivity and based on its institutional values, a delegation from the eGovernment Authority, headed by Engineer Ahmed Saeed Al Sayyah, Director General of the Authority, and department directors, visited the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in the Emirate of Dubai in order to review the best government practices and learn about the expertise and experiences applied in the field of employee happiness from Through its policies, programs and work environment. His Excellency Engineer Al-Sayyah said, “The happiness of customers begins with the happiness of the employees themselves, which requires providing the appropriate elements and means to provide an environment of happiness and positivity for our employees, which in turn is reflected in the provision of services.”
