Based on the eGovernment Authority’s care to exchange practical experiences with distinguished departments, a delegation from the Authority made a benchmarking visit to the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the aim of reviewing the best practices applied in the fourth-generation system and smart services to benefit from current work systems.
