I am pleased to welcome you to the new website of the Electronic Government Authority of Ras Al Khaimah where we highlight our achievements in digital transformation since our inception and under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and the continued support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Executive Council.

RAK EGA is the official entity in charge of organizing all matters related to information technology, and executing and overseeing all related projects in the Emirate in line with the Emiri Decree no. 4 / 2004. Within a few years of its launch, RAK EGA was able to make significant progress in the digital transformation of government services, which is one of the strategic programs for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah. This was achieved through a collection of projects and initiatives executed by RAK EGA in collaboration with government departments while ensuring all systems are connected and integrated to deliver high quality government services with improved customer experience.

At this stage we look forward to transform the population of Ras Al Khaimah into a digitally enabled and connected community by adopting innovative technological solutions designed to meet individual needs, be it through the official portal of the government of Ras Al Khaimah www.rak.ae or the smart app mRAK, in addition to the federal strategies around AI and the Blockchain.

At RAK EGA, we are taking confident steps towards achieving these strategic visions and turning them into a tangible reality that enhances our competitiveness and our readiness for the future and our ability to face any challenge in the country where nothing is impossible.
